Alexander Kolodin is the president of Kolodin Law Group PLLC. This past election season, he represented President Trump’s full slate of Arizona electors alongside co-counsel Sidney Powell. In another matter, he obtained a ruling from the Arizona Supreme Court that Maricopa County was attempting to provide early voters with illegal and unconstitutional instructions. He is currently litigating a suit against Minority Leader Charlene Fernandez, alleging that she defamed Reps. Finchem and Kern by accusing them of participating in the Capitol riot.
In 2014, Mr. Kolodin litigated one of the first cases establishing that metadata stored on election tabulator computers is a public record under Arizona law. He previously taught business law at Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business and currently serves on the board of directors of the Arizona School Choice Trust and as legal counsel to the Arizona Republican Party.
Mr. Kolodin graduated, cum laude, from Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a Dean’s Fellow.

United States-Mexico Border Bus Tour Wednesday, March 24 2021 With tour guide Chris DeSimone (of KVOI (1030am) “Wake Up Tucson” from 6-9AM)
Ever wonder what it is like on the Border between the United States and Mexico? Now is your chance for an up close and personal visit in a guided bus tour which will cover several aspects of the border. The activities include visits to the Humane Border Water Tank in Arivaca, stepping across (if you choose, no passport required) the Border at the West Morley Port of Entry in Nogales, and a visit to a private cattle ranch on the border (Dan Bell’s ZZ Ranch) to discuss important immigration issues and realities, ALL in the company of 50 other Creekers.
It will be an all day affair (10A-4:30P), starting/finishing at the Madera Clubhouse parking lot. The cost of $59 includes a Greyline tour bus (w lavatory), a box lunch, refreshments and great entertainment!
THERE ARE ONLY 50 AVAILABLE SEATS, and it is “first payment confirmed, first seated” policy, so book it NOW! Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS (unless the tour is cancelled), but you can “gift” your confirmed reservations to someone else; that must be communicated to Pat Hendershot.
Quail Creek Republican Club Friday, February 19, 2021 Meeting 9:00 AM Madera Clubhouse Ballroom
Are you concerned about what the Biden administration is doing to undermine everything Trump accomplished for border security and immigration? Illegals from Central America are organizing caravans to our southern border right now!
You don’t want to miss the next meeting of the Quail Creek Republican Club on Friday, February 19 at 9:00 AM in the Madera Ballroom. Art Del Cueto, President of the National Border Patrol Council Local 2544 will be our featured speaker. Art will give us the inside skinny on what’s happening at our southern border.
But remember, QC limits attendance is limited to no more than 50 at the meeting. You must have a confirmed reservation to attend this meeting! Send your RSVP without delay directly to Pat Colburn (QCRC Membership Chair), at patcolburn5@hotmail.com to secure your seat.
Hope to see you at this informative and entertaining meeting.
Art Del Cueto Vice President, National Border Patrol Council
Art has been with the US Border Patrol since 2003. Prior to joining the Patrol, he worked at a high custody level prison for the state of Arizona. Art grew up in Douglas, Arizona, a city along the US/Mexico border. He learned early of the challenges border communities face and has also seen firsthand the growing dangers of international drug cartels.
In 2012, Art was elected President of NBPC Local 2544 by the membership. Local 2544 is the largest local in National Border Patrol Council with over 4500 members. As a representative of the National Border Patrol Council, Art serves as the national spokesperson. Art expresses the many concerns of the agents he represents as well as the issues with Border Security. He has appeared on most major news shows, including Fox News, CNN, Al Jazeera and HBO VICE, and on countless radio shows. In addition, Art is the host of his own show, “The Green Line”, broadcast on KNST Tucson and available through IHeartRadio.
Art is one the most knowledgeable people regarding Arizona border politics, history and the cultural connections shared between sister cities separated by a border. He will provide fact-filled and compelling information, with just the right amount of humor, as he describes the illegal immigration crisis at the southern border. It will be especially informative in light of the recent actions by the new administration.
