Creates a $250,000 benefit in addition to the $500,000 federal benefit for families of 1st responders who die in the course of employment
- Proposition 312 – Protecting Property Owners – Vote YES
Allows property owners to recover costs incurred to protect their property from repeated failures of cities to enforce ordinances up to the amount of property tax liability
